Sam Meredith founded Exos Partners in 2023. Sam is based out of Exos’ Dubai office, covering Healthcare, Life Science, and Industrial markets including start-up, growth stage, and corporate businesses. Sam regularly acts as an “East meets West” conduit for clients with global ambitions, working on cross-border C-suite and subject matter expertise-based mandates. He also partners with Private Equity and VCs on human capital assessment engagements.
Previous Experience
15 years’ experience in some of the world’s largest recruitment and executive search firms, in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. Sam has led searches on the appointment of Chief Executives, Managing Directors, Business Unit Leaders, and senior functional roles across Healthcare Biopharma, Digital Health, Diagnostics, Biopharma, and Nutraceutical sectors.
Education
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
